Email I received after I tried to file police report in person at the San Jose Police Station located at 201 W. Mission Street, San Jose, CA 95110. Although I file this report with a police officer, the woman who entered the information into the computer, the email indicates I filed this online. Also, the email indicates, if the report is approved, I will get a report. I had not heard back, and today I walked into the station again, and the same officer that attended me when I first tried to make this report said it takes about 3 months to get the report. The content of the email is: Your online report has been successfully received. The temporary tracking number is T25011447. You will be notified via email of any problems with your report. Once your report is approved, it will be issued a San Jose Police case number. You will receive a PDF copy of the report with the case number as an attachment in your email within five business days. The case number will replace the temporary tracking number. Supplemental information can not be added online. To add supplemental information to an existing San Jose Police case number please call our TRAC service line Monday - Friday between 12:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. at the following phone number (408)277-8900. I filed a complaint against dialpad.com for continuing to block me from sending texts despite having registered for their bogus national registry and SMS marketing campaign despite the fact I only use their service for personal communication. They are cooperating in a conspiracy of covert oppression with a law enforcement agency that is sponsored by a mafia based in Las Vegas Nevada

I enrolled in the VoIP with Dialpad back in 2022 to use it for personal communication. I am a target of persistent hacking and community based harassment (or some kind of a conspiracy where the objective is to alienate me, ostracize me, disqualify me from jobs, and drive me to abject poverty and possibly suicide), and to keep better records of my calls and text I got this phone and text service. Particularly because I wanted to be able to record calls and keep a record of all texts. In 2023, I began to receive emails asking me to register my number in some nationwide registry that required all businesses. If I wanted to send SMS and do marketing campaigns through SMS I was required to register my number. I explained to Dialpad.com customer reps that my use of this service was purely for personal reasons and that I did not use this number to conduct any type of business. I continued to get their emails, and after I filed a complaint with you guys, I got your email telling me "Thank you for your submission. Based on our review, your Ticket No. 6016640 was served on your provider on February 9, 2023." Sometime in late 2024 I was blocked from sending any kind of text through Dialpad.com, and after reaching out to Dialpad.com with a copy of the email I had gotten from you, I got an email from brandon.ramirez@campaignregistry.com with the following message: .... cybertrapped VOID DIALPAD.COMDisabled from texting despite having registered for bogus national registry and fictitious SMS marketing campaign. Although I got dialpad.com VoIP for personal use, and explained this to customer service, they disabled me from texting with the excuse that all of their customers were required to register and be approved for sms campaigns. I delayed this registration because it seems arbitrary and illogical. Finally I registered, but I am still disabled from texting.

Dialpad.com VoIP is one of the worst choices

Disabled from texting with dialpad.com Voice over IP. They restricted SMS service until I register and get approved for SMS campaigns. I explained I only use this for personal communication, and still was required to register and have to go through some approval. I finally registered and after weeks of having gone through their process, I am still unable to use the texting feature of this voice over IP service. Stay away from dialpad.com they are predatory and will flip services and costs once you depend on the phone number and service From their so-called SMS campaign registration page "SMS Registration As a result of US regulatory changes, organizations based in the U.S. must register their numbers to Brands and Campaigns in order for carriers to deliver SMS/MMS traffic. The major US carriers will actively block SMS/MMS traffic from numbers not registered to a Campaign. This process is required by US regulations and applies industry-wide. These requirements are described in the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and individual carriers’ codes of conduct, and are not unique to Dialpad. After I started to work for an IT managed services company in Las Vegas, NV, I started to notice strange things in my apartment and the technology I was using. Today, I am sabotaged in most areas of normal life; I have been driven to abject poverty.

I got dialpad.com to keep better records of communication and I have been disabled from texting...
