I want a #SteamDeck #Decky plugin that plays music on the game screen, as well as when you're hovering over the games icon when it's installed on the deck.
Instead of playing it from YouTube every time though, it downloads the music from YouTube, so it works offline and with low latency.
Anyone want to help me with this project?

Trainers + #SteamDeck radial menu options = absolutely amazing. Also the CheatDeck #Decky plugin has definitely simplified it from the old Steam Tinker Launcher method
My suggestion is:
* Map a back button to "Numlock"
* Set up your radial menu with the things you want
This helps avoid accidental toggling, since you have to hit the rear button to toggle numlock before the radial menu options will work. Then you hit the button again to disable numlock and can hit the radial menu willy-nilly
DeckThemes System-Wide theme Full Suspend makes Suspend Videos launch fullscreen, which I downloaded and applied with CSS Loader (Decky plugin)!
Also downloaded Art Hero, which makes Hero artworks better to watch from the Home Screen!
I played Momodora: Moonlit Farewell for 17 minutes (watched with the PlayTime #Decky plugin) and defeated the third boss: Raging Demon (It's a big boar).
Before that I picked a flower, after that I talked to a fairy that I saved.

Hah! This one seems buggy on my end. Not optimized for a "faked" Switch Pro controller? Or something's wrong with my #8BitDo Pro 2?
So the battery % is always shown as 75. It notifies when that hits 5%, and somehow, the controller goes haywire.
The weird thing is that I just fully charged it.
Switching back to Xbox mode after the notify popped up and the controller is working fine again.
Alright, uninstalled. Don't need this #Decky plugin. Or buy a real Xbox/Switch Pro controller.

I need to remind myself to occasionally look through #Decky plugins to see what’s new. Finally added HLTB (How Long to Beat) and discovered Screenshot Uploader (auto-uploads new screenshots to Steam).
Otherwise already had Decky Recorder and SteamGridDB. Any other recommendations?
After a weekend of sound-less gaming, I finally setup Discord on my #SteamDeck this morning so that I can join voice chat and have game audio on the same device 😆.
I hadn't been gaming with friends much for the past while, but #Diablo always seems to bring us together.
Shout out to the SteamGridDB #Decky plugin too. Super easy to apply artwork to 3rd party apps like Battlenet and Discord.
I use one of my two #Playstation4 controllers to play with the #Steamdeck via BT. I've also installed the #decky BT plugin and I feel that the battery on the controller drains too fast.
Which leads me to a couple of theories:
1) control is old and about to die
2) Decky is wrong reporting the charge of the controller
3) The Deck does drain the battery of the controller a lot.
I've had my eyes on another controller, but I already have one. Any thoughts?
I want a #Steamdeck #decky plugin that stores non-steam (and non steam cloud) games saves in #Git, so I can push them (automatically) to #GitHub or my own #Gitea Instance.
I have my #steamdeck now for some months and i can proudly say:
It is the gaming console you want!
It has all the features it needs. Sure there is space for improvement. And sure you cant play games on ultra. But damn that open software stack evolved to a beatiful creature with so much extendability and so many cool projects like #decky or #emudeck.
It is so cool and it was definitely a very good investment.
So get yourself a #steamdeck and deep dive into that wonderful world of #linuxgaming
J'ai passé l'après-midi à bidouiller le Steam Deck de mon copain : On lui a installé Decky, Heroic Game Launcher et Yuzu avec EmuDeck.
C'était une fun activité de couple 😊😊😊
Yuzu et EmuDeck c'est vraiment pas intuitif par contre, il faut sans arrêt passer du mode jeux au mode bureau pour voir si ce qu'on fait fonctionne et pour installer les updates et les mods de jeu il faut forcément bidouiller pour trouver où mettre quoi !
J'ai réussi à configurer Syncthing sur mon SteamDeck pour qu'il se lance en arrière plan du mode jeu !
Maintenant quand je prends une capture d'écran elle est envoyée toute seule sur mon téléphone ☺️

Trying to use #decky on my #steamdeck, and the store won't open. Searched on Github to find that something else could be using port 1337 (nice one, guys) and that I have to do the work to find the application and kill it myself...
... or I could just... uninstall Decky.
#Decky loader is so fucking buggy on the #SteamDeck it's nuts. For some bloody reason, it keeps setting my Decky update channel to Prerelease instead of Stable, which was i had set. How tf does this even happen?
