Long shot, but does anyone know Elementor very well and want to help me with a layout setting?

For my Contact and About pages, I want to have paragraphs of text centered down the page, with small titles where needed on the left side. The screenshot is a container with Title and Text widgets ordered in a row. Each paragraph/title is a separate container.

But for the About page, there are only a few titles and lots of text/paragraphs. I'm assuming I need a main container with two child containers side by side. The one on the left will only contain one Title widget at the top and the child container on the right will contain a stack of Text widgets.

If that is correct, my question is how to adjust the settings so that the text container is centered on the page and the title widget container is on the left? Something tells me this is easy-ish, but reading the Elementor explanations, it wasn't obvious.

The first paragraph is titled "Social Media" and the paragraph across from it says to find me on Mastodon with a link and then some other text about Instagram and DMs. The second paragraph has a "Mailing List" title on the left and the paragraph suggests people might want to sign up for my mailing list.

Noticed something... With #elementor and #elementorPro you need to update Pro before the base plugin. Strange. Otherwise Pro says it's updated but isn't.

So I had already been thinking about moving away from #Wordpress for other reasons. I really like how my site looks, though and the workflow I have for posting isn't too bad right now so there's a lot of inertia

#Elementor getting increasingly aggressive with enshittification, forcing a non-dismissable white banner in my face commanding me to pay for #ElementorPro which I don't need?

Well, that's kind of taking a hammer to those upsides that WP currently has....

Congratulations, marketing team, you didn't make me drop this stuff by shoving a "buy Pro" button which was instead titled "Write with AI" everywhere but this here straw broke the camel's fucking back, apparently

Elementor is a fantastic tool for advanced design and functionality on a Wordpress website, but it has two main problems.

a) it adds a LOT of bulk to your website, so you have to really excercise discretion in how you use it.

b) The Elementor development team get too caught up in featureitus, and in the past year, obsessed with pumping out new add-on, pay for play services on top of the basic Elementor Pro.

For b) they are now doing it to the detriment of actually developing the core Elementor Pro system. Far too many things (like grid and containers, or a mega menu, or site optimizations) are still in alpha and beta stages, while new versions of Elementor Pro roll out, each one having some new pay-to-play add on feature.

They need to get back to finishing and refining the core app's ability and functions.
