This article touches (understandably & necessarily) on #climate risks and #climateaction, but what really strikes me about it are the tangible ways the author reminds us that #emergencymanagers and #disaster scientists have a big role, but not the only role to play.

Colleagues working on inequality/poverty hold a key. Those looking at land use & development hold a key. Ditto those working on inclusion in public decision-making.
