Big Chungus the groundhog is enjoying mulberry season

Groundhog had a bird visitor and they didn't seem to mind each other's company at all. They were both just going about their business of munching things.

A beautiful groundhog on the right, a small bird on the left, each facing different ways. I don't know my birds, but I think it's a starling. Could be wrong though. They're munching their way across some grass, which has the occasional bigger leaf in it and some clover dotted around a bit.

Just look at this beauty! They were about an arms length away from me when I took this. Brave little groundhog!

Walking with kid today and came across this Smol Burrito or would it be a Marmcute? We're walkin right by and it’s like: oh, ok, I’ll “run” away …waddle, waddle, waddle.

A very young/small ground hog in grasses and clover, having a nibble, minding its own fuzzy life when we come along and take pictures. Since we didn’t just disappear, like it was hoping, it eventually turned and waddled into the nearby woods edge, tiny tail bobbing along.

Well it took a few days, and our groundhog was happy to munch on our garden instead of the smelly paste and delicious apples in the humane traps set out. But today, we nabbed him. He's now being humanely relocated - we were told (yes we know some people say it's not easy to relocate them - we hired the most reputable firm we could find) and now we have to fill in his holes so no other groundhog things ooooh. Nice apartment with a garden! :) #Groundhog

Journée Gavarnie. J’ai d’abord entamé l’ascension au col des Tentes. Avec la station de ski à partir 1800m qui bousille bien le paysage mais offre de belles routes neuves et larges. Arrivé à 2000m, la pluie dans les nuages commence et le risque de verglas m’a fait faire demitour si proche des 2100m du col.
