There still seems to be absolutely no mention or even investigation of *why* he committed this #crime and as it seems no vehicle was involved, no real scrutiny of what exactly he was doing wandering the streets a mile from his house in the middle of the night looking for trouble - if this kind of behaviour isn't monitored, how on earth does society think its going to put a lid on crime?

if #Uber are winning the #taxi market here in #Ipswich its a sad indictment on the local firms who have reduced their service level and quality in just last 6 years (as the local #taxis were OK when I last used them, and even also had GPS enabled apps decades before Uber even existed)

Uber drivers would have to get the same licence as any other taxi driver here, which means taking a whole extra driving test and complying with various DBS (background) checks, code of conduct and even a dress code
