#Crumbs A well-#baked bread sometimes is said to have good #crumb. Well enough, but especially with #whole-grain and #multigrain #bread, how do folks keep crumbs and loose seeds from spreading over kitchen and eating area?
Our bread board sits on a deep kitchen counter, over a tray extending well to the sides. Our toaster sits on a former microwave tray. Little help. Our eating table is be-crumbed, despite plates; they fall to the floor. Naught terrible, but annoying.

I made this multigrain sourdough loaf for a friend who has never tried my bread. I also made a second loaf, and I must say, it's delicious. It has yecora rojo, einkorn, and danko rye berries from a local supplier in Austin, all of which I milled myself. This is my best, most reliable recipe so far.
