I don't think I'm "in denial about AI’s all-consuming importance". In fact, I find there are too many ethical and legal problems with the tools at the moment, plus obvious quality issues you don't fully address in your article.

And, no, women might not just "feel" too busy "to take time off training within a part-time schedule". Guess what, they might *be* too busy.

I recently completed an Open University course on the pros AND cons of generative AI ("Getting started with generative AI"). Perhaps someone from the Financial Times should take it, too.
