Hat hier jemand Erfahrungen mit Drillisch? Also handyvertrag.de und sim.de?

Ich hab hier den Umstand, dass ich plötzlich den doppelten Preis bezahle. Im Vertrag steht nichts von Zeitbegrenzung beim Preis. Oder ich sehe es nicht. Mein Nachfragen am Telefon und per Kontaktformular bringt mich nicht weiter. Am Telefon hieß es, man könne nicht sehen, was damals vereinbart war. Und schriftlich bekomme ich ganz schlechte - vermutlich KI-generierte - Antworten. Wirre Aussagen / Erklärungen, lückenhafte Angaben, usw. Hab spontan den Tarif geändert, damit ist der Schaden abgefangen. Aber ich würde gern wissen, warum, wieso und weshalb und was ich übersehen habe.
Gleich zum Anwalt? Aber für 20 € in der Summe lohnt sich das nicht.
