I'm trying to create a subject and celltype-specific single cell atlas-like dataset from some published datasets to supplement some of our in-house data.

Are there best practices for integrating published single-cell data from different studies? For example should I start from raw fastq, or is there a possible shortcut using processed data objects (Andata, Seurat object, etc) #single_cell #scRNA #genomics

@foaylward .mtx files are read by Matrix but @bioconductor has great packages and pipelines to analyse #single_cell and #scRNAseq data.
