@morsuapri Wenn ich das richtig mitbekommen habe, ist die Entscheidung "nur", dass das Gericht ablehnt, die Aussage, #TheoMüller unterstütze die 💩fD, "im Wege des *einstweiligen* Rechtsschutzes" zu verbieten. Dieser Zwischensieg ist zwar wichtig, steht aber auf wackeligen Beinen, weil es (noch?) kein Endurteil gibt.
Ob er ein rational denkender Unternehmer ist und sein Geld zusammenhält oder jetzt auf #SLAPP setzt und auf den Streisand-Effekt pfeift, dafür kenne ich ihn zu wenig.

You know the journalists are serious when they title part of their article, "Palantir products in Gaza: optimizing the kill chain." The authors are evidently being targeted by a #SLAPP suit.
