#solaredge ist auch so eine Firma, die zu schnell gewachsen ist und dann die guten Leute verloren hat.

Der Support ist unterirdisch schlecht mit langen Antwortzeiten.
Es gibt mehrere Setup-Apps für Elektriker, die teilweise defekte Konfigurationen erzeugen.

Und dann ist da die Lüftersteuerung der #Inverter noch vollkommen defekt und erzeugt nervige Geräusche statt einfach nur sauber wegzulüften.

I received my order from Adafruit with a small 80mm fan to plug into my Pi Zero 2W to keep things nice and cool in the case I printed. I also added a small heat sink on the processor chip.

The biggest thing that the new case allows for is better heat transfer, as the original case I had printed had no vents to the outside air 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

Here's the comparison in temperature and frequency between rev1 and rev2 of the case.

A graph showing the temperature and frequency of the processor die over the course of the stress test. There are two sets of data, one for the rev 1 case which had no active cooling and no vents and one data set for the rev 2 case design which has active cooling and vents.

The rev 2 case with active cooling has a temperature that gets just higher than the idling temperature of the same Pi board from the rev 1 case. The rev 2 case also never has a throttling issue, while the rev 1 design throttles about 4 minutes into the test.

Röchling Automotive and Carrar have partnered to develop and produce innovative battery thermal management systems for electric vehicles. The systems will use phase change materials (PCMs) to store and release heat according to the battery's temperature. The systems will improve the battery's performance, safety and lifespan and reduce the need for active cooling.
