How do passengers avoid flight time confusion when a timezone in a place changes? For e.g. when timezone changes from EDT to EST, 1:30 a.m. occurs two times on November 2. How does one know which 1:30 a.m. the flight actually departs?

Because everyone is saying Firefox is AI first I'm trying to use LibreWolf for my main browser.
It has the wrong time. Searching on how to change this points either to having to mess with config files or get a time zone spoofing plugin. I'm sorry, I just want to use my computer not be a technician. Surely there's a simpler way?
Edit: Please boost until someone explains the easy way and I feel daft for not finding it myself.

= Changement de l'heure en Europe.
- Le premier jour des vacances de Pâques
