Spent a lot of time this week on making new ancestry's for character creation, fixing up how narrative abilities are explained, redoing the form fillable pdf character sheet, and adding a few images to the character creation overview.
Updated character sheet front and back.
It can be folded as a booklet. 🙂

I have been thinking a LOT about realism lately, and how I can make some systems more realistic without bogging it down with complex systems.
Traditionally and RPGs we think of HP as a big bag of hit points, where as you get hit you take damage.
Lots of RPGS say that health actually represents how many swings you can take before you get hit, but all of those RPGS, and dnd, do not have systems that support that theory, which is why is doesn't hold up.
Spent some time tonight working on how one-handed weapons work in my TTRPG.
Named every weapon action today and added 2 new past professions: Stablemaster and retired adventurer.
I'm also looking into a way to add more mid-combat twists.
Around busy brainstorming sessions for WageSlave and Wired Wasteland, I've been taking the character sheet from Tea & Crumpets and turning it into a digital, editable sheet with a built in dice roller. Wonder if there is any demand for this kind of thing for indie games...

My least favorite weapon to create for a #ttrpg is definitely Missile Launchers or RPGs. Like, there is no real distinction between the launchers but the fire different types of ammo? I think? Why is there no standard!?

Working hard getting certified in JavaScript and working on my games but with my fiance's job going on break (Teaching Assistant at a Deaf School) we could use as much help as we can get while I look for a job and continue work. Still not feeling like myself. Pneumonia sucks. I've been slowly getting back into working on Chipped. Haven't touched a JS course all week. Did some light graphic design just to keep myself occupied and I could do it in short bursts. Hopefully, I'll feel better soon. Oh, forgot to mention, my fridge died too and maintenance is dragging their feet while I starve. Good times.
