Across drugs, sex work, migration, and punishment, the same pattern kept repeating.

This post steps back to ask what all of that was really about โ€” and what happens when morality and evidence drift apart in policy-making.

I do like how the Greens seem to have hit the ground running with the Gorton and Denton Byelection, while Labour has it's psychodrama and Reform is too busy on GrokAI....

Whether you think Andy Burnham is Labourโ€™s saviour or overhyped, this is still pathetic & disgusting.

Being honest, like most British trans people that I know, Iโ€™ve more or less given up on Labour, but for those that remain faithful (or just hopeful) this is hardly likely to inspire trust.

WEY Starmer's choices were both demonstrations of his weakness. This one
comes with an impression of skullduggery & brazen fixes. It also runs a
huge risk of handing the byelection to another party. The clock ticks,

The sense of entitlement that Labour has....

The quick & clear decision of Labour's NEC means we can move on
from the damaging, introspection & psychodrama of the last week.
Let's pull together behind whoever is selected and come together to
beat Reform and then focus on vital elections in May.

If Labour are so hopeless, why should people vote for them over the Greens, who haven't given up?

To whoever is Labour's candidate and to

PS - The fact that the media was informed

Natacha @natacha.bsky.social - 9m

This is the day we can be confident that Labour has completely given up
on the next election. Starmer is more concerned with his job and his
flunkies with internal conflict than governing.

It's a straight fight now between,

The Green Party --- and --- Refascist

Time to pick a side.
