Stayed up too late last night watching WSER. Fell asleep just before Rucky Chucky and now running the gauntlet of catching up without spoilers.
Holy shit, and after nearly 140km Jim Walmsley and Rob Farvard (I had to google him! But I'm not very up to date at the moment) are still swapping the lead and averaging 5:20min/km. Times like this I do wish there was a live camera feed!

What a weekend at Western States 100!! My 2 oldest and I volunteered at the finish line starting with set up Friday and Saturday and came back Sunday to help some more. On Saturday we stayed and watched Courtney Dauwalter absolutely crush the woman’s record and finish 6th overall. Sunday was one of the most exciting and heartbreaking golden hours I’ve been at. #wser #wser100 #ultrarunning #trailrunning
