A Brown Garden Snail from the side, in the sunlight. Its shell is dark brown. Its eyes are clearly visible, as are its lower antennae. It is crawling across a stone. I put it there because it was in the middle of a footpath and I didn't want it to get trampled.

The same snail. It has crawled down the stone and is now sitting in a pile of brown leaves. Its eyes and antennae point towards the camera. It is eating.

I don't know how often I already pictured this wonderful view, but I love it every time.
