Every Wednesday, PJ and I walk past the Home Depot on Sunset here in Hollywood, greeting the folks standing outside, looking for work or selling food. To the point where we recognize many of them, and they recognize us.

ICE raided our Home Depot this morning.

A bunch of bullies, a waste of money, and a waste of time, to fill arbitrary quotas to appease white nationalists like Stephen Miller. I feel less safe with ICE running around, not more safe.

I believe I had heard the term off and on for the last 15-20 years, but I’ve only really become aware of it in the past five years or so. If I ever heard about it in school, it was in passing and not something that was on a test.
