#Fitness update 2

I felt my back for the first time!
I tried to focus on mind muscle connection during bent over rows, more specifically on movement of lower part of shoulderblade. I could feel my effort being concentrated at that spot.
This is progress for me.

I hate seeds in my food and started thinking about things like seedless grapes and cucumbers and then started wondering why they can't make ALL plants seedless until I realized what that meant for the future of plants and backed down on my demands so you can thank me for saving the planet.
