The ability to move Frame & while a table is inside the frame isn't that delicate. One has to select/click on the lower portion of frame to move it and again the alt+arrow key doesn't work properly on moving such frames with table. Even the shift + arrow is works with flaw on such frames.

& when I need to select the text inside a cell in the table, it just doesn't understand - doesn't activate - one has to click on text somewhere else other than the text in table inside the frame.
