**Date of Incident**: Ongoing 2FA issues began on November 1, 2024.
**Problem Description**:
During attempts to log into my account on the XeggeX platform using two-factor authentication (2FA), I encountered ongoing technical difficulties. After entering the correct login and password, the system would not grant access and kept requesting the 2FA code, which never appeared on my device. This issue persisted across different devices and browsers. I also tried other methods to receive the code (e.g., via email and mobile app), but these also failed to provide the code.
**Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue**:
1. I checked the two-factor authentication settings in my account. Everything appeared to be set correctly, but the system still failed to generate the code.
2. I reached out to customer support several times, explaining the issue and providing all necessary information. The first response came 2-3 days later, indicating a slow reaction time.
3. Since I wasn’t receiving the code via email, I checked the spam folder and email filters. The code did not appear there either.
4. I attempted to reinstall the 2FA app, but the issue remained.
5. I tried using other authentication methods (e.g., the mobile app for the code), but the system still failed to generate the correct code.
**Communication with Customer Support**:
1. The first responses from customer support came after a few days, which was slow.
2. The responses from support suggested checking the browser settings, although the issue was not browser-related.
3. Over the following weeks, communication remained slow, and none of my inquiries were fully resolved. Customer support did not provide specific steps to address the issue.

1. I hope for a quick resolution of the issue from XeggeX customer support. If the issue remains unresolved, I plan to escalate to higher support levels or post about the experience on cryptocurrency user forums.

3. If the issue remains unresolved within the next week, I will consider switching to another platform for cryptocurrency transactions.
