I kind of knew going into this, hence why the language's name is written out "acute-e" in a lot of source code contexts (and it's easier to search) but there's not really a way around including an accented e when using Pokémon battle dialog as an inspiration unless you're willing to sacrifice accuracy.

(Also looks like Mastodon doesn't like a hyphen in a hashtag like #acute-e ... great.)

Next, the #acute stage of #COVID infection lasts up to 2 weeks and you're highly infectious for at least the first week. It's detectable with rapid antigen tests for around 2 weeks, with PCR 3 weeks or longer. If you tested positive with a RAT, assume you're infectious; if you tested negative twice, you're probably no longer infectious.

Isolating to stop yourself infecting others around you is key in this stage, if your symptoms don't require hospitalization. Be in a different room, close the door, use a draft excluder or staple a blanket around the door frame to reduce airflow.

#CorsiRosenthal #CRBox is easy to make with box fan and HEPA filters and duck tape (if central air is common in your country) and does a great job filtering the air. You can calculate the air changes per hour (ACH) but realistically in a home setting just do what you can and hope for the best. Keep it on whenever you can, especially during the acute phase or when you have visitors.

Outside air has negligible viral load, so any airflow from outside to inside, or a cross breeze between two windows, is going to improve that ACH number.

If you're in charge of a public building or meeting space, consider upper room UVGI in high traffic areas. At home, your ceilings are likely too low
