I hate to ask for it but I might need help again this month >.<

The earliest they could schedule the in-lab sleep test for was June 1st. I'm on Medicaid so the test and the CPAP won't cost me anything. Once I start using it I may see an immediate improvement in my condition, but that will happen too late for my current situation.

I need $2000 by the end of the month to pay my car payment, insurance, and other bills. I have $1100 now, thanks to donations from others so far. So my car won't get repoed at least. Thanks to everyone who's helped me through this so far.

If I could work full time I'd make double what's required by the end of the month, but I'm really struggling to drive in this condition. Focusing on the road for more than 30-60 minutes forces me to the side of the road for a nap in which I am unable to get up or move for hours even if I try. I can feel that my memory has taken a hit from this as well, albeit temporarily (hopefully). I feel like I'm trapped in a perpetual twilight. And I need to move out of my apartment before the end of the May...

I also currently have 7 ulcers in my duodenum and was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis last month, so I'm on new medication for both of those. It is as painful as it sounds. I'm wondering if these things have been exacerbated or otherwise caused by my sleep apnea. Time will tell.

Anything y'all can give would be appreciated. I can pay it back once I'm not falling asleep on the road, if desired. I've been really close to finally being self-sufficient, but my health situation has been kicking my ass. Fingers crossed this is my last problem for a while.

Today I discovered that the auto shop lied to me a couple weeks ago - the tires on the car I use for Uber need to be replaced NOW. They should've been rotated then but they wouldn't do it. I'm going to a different shop to get ones that will last 3x as long for $500 less, and I need to book the appointment today (or at least by Saturday) but I need $962 to do it.

I will be working 10 hours a day for the rest of November to make ends meet, either way. My car's handling still feels okay for the moment, but I will be putting on at least another 1000 miles before I can even get the tires replaced. Tires aside, I need $2300 by December 1st. That alone would've been more than doable. For now, I will be driving as carefully as I can.

I should've been able to handle everything this year... I miscalculated just how much parking here would bleed me dry, and how much my GI issues would get in the way of my work. I had a chance to switch apartments in August to a place with free parking, but that ship has sailed for now >.>

If the new tires wear well, I won't need to change them again until I'm out of debt. And in a year's time I should have my monthly expenses reduced to <20% of my income. In today's economy, at least...
