This is a really welcome ruling by EU Ombudsman which should help to counter #privilegedaccess and logically lead to far more transparency from the Commission when it comes to so-called #BetterRegulation scrutiny of its legislative proposals.

➡️ Robust & ambitious REACH proposal published now
