In einer ernsthaften politischen Debatte müssten wir also über Fragen der #Gleichheitsrechte & der Rolle von #Exekutive und #Legislative im Kontrast zur #Judikative sprechen.
Die Judikative ist oft Feindbild, aber tatsächlich kann ja nur über die bisherigen #Gesetze ein Urteil erarbeitet werden und daher müssten wir uns viel genauer ansehen, was im Bereich der #Legislative an #Lobbyismus durch sehr #vermögende #Akteure an normativer #Ungleichheit realisiert wurde.
Wir haben da ein Problem❗
Und an diesem Punkt wird es im Themenkomplex #Judikative und #Legislative wirklich interessant, denn das #SGBII hat nicht für Besitzer von Vermögen, sondern für Menschen ohne Vermögen #Gleichheitsrechte erodieren lassen und damit abermals das Thema #Gleichheit vor dem #Gesetz zu einer normativen Illusion werden lassen.
Und an dieser Dynamik dreht die aktuelle #Koalition #SchwarzRot bildhaft gesprochen wie auf einer Garrotte noch einmal die inkrementelle #Entrechtung weiter.

Mit der Formulierung #SocialAuthorityGap in Anlehnung an den
#GenderAuthorityGap ist gemeint, dass im Bereich von #Institutionen, politischen #Diskurs und #Legislative ausgerechnet jene Menschen nicht oder kaum gehört wurden, welche von dieser Gesetzgebung betroffen sein werden. Also Menschen mit Armutserfahrung.
Daher ist das #SGBII schon seit Verabschiedung 2003 und Inkrafttreten 2005 mit der #Realität kollidiert.
Die Folgen hieraus tragen Menschen im Kontext von #Erwerbslosigkeit

On this very day 5 years ago I watched TV in full disbelief, seeing #ProudBoys, #MinuteMen and the #MAGA mob launch a violent attack on Congress to prevent the count of the electoral votes.
Do not be fooled: #Jan6 was a brazen attack.

On the #constitution.
On #elections as such.

4.5 years earlier the writing had been on the wall, when #Trump would not guarantee to accept the election outcome.

Der #Gegenentwurf gegen die Entmachtung der #Legislative schon in der Weimarer #Republik findet sich... im deutschen #Grundgesetz.
Es sieht eine parlamentarische #Konsensdemokratie vor, in dem die #Exekutive regiert, das #Parlament die #Gesetze berät & beschließt & die #Judikative sowie #Publikative beide kontrollieren.
