On a cherry tree branch sits a smallish bird that is grey and has some brown on it's wings and some black bars are its' head. In its' orange beak is a small white bit of petals. It is leaning over a cluster of cherry blossoms. Some of which look like pieces of petal have bites in them.

Birds waiting for the atmospheric river to roll in. My new earworm is "Birdies On The Storm" by The Doors.

This is absolutely fantastic. Shock that the moment you take zoning power away from the cities (all of them) hell bent on preventing building, you get a ton of new housing development. Man, who could have guessed that. /s

Seriously though, this is great. It will take many years of development at this rate to start undoing the damage caused by zoning policies set by my parents generation, but for once there is hope.
