[fr] Rando urbaine, je voulais voir quelles pistes cyclables sont déblayées par des chenillettes à trottoir. Sur au moins 7 km de pistes, j'ai roulé sur une fine couche de neige, parfois raboteuse à certains endroits. Les pneus Schwalbe Winter semblent satisfaisants, et mes garde-boues ont un dégagement suffisant pour ces conditions.

[en] This was an urban ride, I wanted to check out which bike trails were plowed by tracked sidewalk tractors. I rode over 7 km of trails that weren't plowed, with a thin cover of snow. Some parts were a little bumpy. The Schwalbe Winter tires are performing well, and my mud guards have sufficient clearance in these conditions.

[fr]J'ai commencé l'année en douceur, parce que je suis parti moins d'une heure 30 avant le coucher du soleil. 🙄

Il faisait -6°C, avec facteur vent un ressenti de -12.

Les nouveaux pneus cloutés doivent me coûter au moins 2 à 3 km/h sur ma moyenne. À voir si je ferais mieux sur la neige, mais pour ça il faudrait qu'il neige pour la peine ! 😢

Temperature was -6°C, with windchill it felt like -12.

The new studded tires must have cost 2-3 kph to my average speed. I wonder if I'd do better on snow, but for that we'd need to get some... 😢
