Working on my first cinnamon snowflake (star) bread of the season. The dough will cold proof overnight in the fridge before being shaped and baked tomorrow morning.

It's basically an ostentatious cinnamon roll and makes for a yummy breakfast treat, or lunch treat, or dinner treat.... who am I kiddin? Its basically good anytime 😆

So, this #WinterSolstice brought an upper respiratory #virus to my spouse and 16 year old, a #SnowEmergency that closed the roads, and a general low-energy vibe.
