Je suis journaliste depuis plus de 10 ans, je vois les conditions de travail de notre profession se dégrader d'années en années. Je ne suis plus en CDI, mais à la pige, ce qui me place dans une situation de précarité. Trop "à gauche", trop "engagé", etc. Voilà ce que me disent des responsables de rédaction. On vit un "moment de bascule", pour reprendre les mots d'un syndicaliste que j'ai consulté cet après-midi pour un article...

Rachida Dati a été mise en examen dans l'affaire Ghosn, elle est bien sûre présumée innocente jusqu'à preuve du contraire et elle a le droit de se défendre mais pourquoi s'en prendre aux journalistes pour les salir? Même technique mise en oeuvre contre les équipes de Complément d'Enquête, qu'elle a accusé de payer des témoins, c'est faux bien sûr. La ministre de la culture est l'autorité de tutelle de France Télé...

Ensuite, Dati est une ancienne procureure. En tant que magistrate, si elle avait des soupçons sur d'éventuels faits de harcèlement moral, elle n'avait pas la possibilité mais le devoir de signaler les faits au titre de l'article 40 au procureur. Elle ne peut pas ne pas l'ignorer. Son discours envers les victimes semble donc insincère. Mais pire, elle détourne les accusations dont elle fait elle-même l'objet.

Quelques remarques: que Patrick Cohen soit brutal voire harcelant avec ses équipes, c'est possible. Le milieu des médias est hélas connu pour concentrer les souffrances au travail. Pour autant, cela n'exonère pas de critiquer la stratégie de Dati.
