Why are many organizations and consultants still fixated on cultural competency because that's only scratches the surface on awareness. Someone on Yammer yesterday mentioned that they are tired of mention #inclusion. I am tired of when people mention #diversity because it is well known that we are a diverse world. We are both from the #GlobalMajority. They are overused terms that amount to a lack of change in our professions and workplaces? I'm starting to believe so.
