@samueloph's talk "The secret sauce of Debian" is a real treat: an approachable insider look into how Debian is made. It starts off with the well-known stuff like difference between release branches, but then goes in-depth on how Debian migrates packages between then. I didn't realize how much testing they do; it's practically insane!

What makes this one special interesting is the Google translate thing:

Part of it translates in English as: "Please refrain from working [...] outdoors during the day"

In German though: "achten Sie [...]z. B. darauf, tagsüber nicht zu arbeiten"

There is no "outdoors" part - just don't work! 🙃

Did a volunteering of camera work at #DebConf24. It's just like the livestream setup you see in a sports match stadium. When camera is on live, red light is active.

The livestream video setup stack is all FOSS, the red light is controlled by ethernet. Voctomix is the software
