Het #EME ('moonbounce') experiment van vandaag is geslaagd. De mensen van DSES in Colorado, VS hebben foto's naar de maan gestuurd, en wij hebben in Dwingeloo het weerkaatste radiosignaal ontvangen en weer in beeld omgezet.

Zaterdag 28 september staat de Dwingeloo telescoop vanaf 12 uur op de maan gericht. Een club zendamateurs in het midden van de VS (Haswell, Colorado, 71 inwoners) gaat met een flinke schotel plaatjes naar de maan zenden. De maan-echo hiervan proberen we o.a. in Dwingeloo te ontvangen. We streamen ons signaal naar http://websdr.camras.nl:8901/?tune=1296120fm. Vanaf daar kan iedereen meeluisteren, en de plaatjes proberen te decoderen.
Het is een experiment, dus er is ook kans dat het niet lukt.
