maybe it's bc #bigoil used enormous profits to denigrate and ruin the careers and lives of people who have spoken out against them and their lies AND used regulation in the form of the tax grift for the last 40 years
if #chevron, #shell, #BP, #exxonmobil had been transparent, told the public they know the harm oil causes to the environment and that it would take 30 or 40 yrs to transition away, maybe my disdain would be much less. certainly not disputing the achievements made.
