<p><strong>Why we fact-checked this:</strong> Several posts bearing variations of the false claim have been circulating on Facebook and YouTube. One Facebook post has 5,900 reactions and 543 shares, while several YouTube videos with the claim have upwards of 30,000 views.</p>

<p>The Facebook page “Duterte Active Supporters” and the YouTube channel “PINAS BALITA TV” have been making different versions of the same claim, with other accounts echoing their content.</p>

<p>“<em>Nakarma na! Sotto pinatalsik na sa pwesto? Kudeta na sa Senado, di nakapagpigil [ang] korte, tinapos [si] Sotto?</em>” the captions and the video titles say.</p>

<p>(He got his karma! Sotto ousted from his position? There’s been a coup d’état in the Senate, the courts couldn’t stop it. Is Sotto done?)</p>

<p>The photo and thumbnail included in the posts also feature a photo of Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic Leonen holding up a piece of paper in front of a crying Sotto. “<em>Sibak sa puwesto? Matinding utos ng korte?</em>” the text on top of the photo reads.</p>

That was my first reaction. If you have been in Venlo, I doubt that you ever thought that it was very busy.

Park-rangers versus shorts; in large parts of Europe the changing climate is increasing the number of disease infected ticks.

In many European countries the standard outfit for professional park-ranger type people is now long pants as it significantly lowers the number of ticks you have to remove at the end of the day. It's so sad :-(

Not a problem in winter, thus I'm wearing shorts right now 🙂
