Handmade felt pincushion shaped like a cute cake with a smiling face. The cylindrical cake has cream-colored sides, a dark brown base, and pink frosting dripping over the top. I finished this embroidered, stuffed felt bird today. It was a fun project. Thanks to “shiny happy world” for the free pattern and the recommendation for the soluble stabilizer that works like a dream (first time I’ve used that stuff and I’m impressed). I’m thinking of some improvements and a different colour scheme for the next one.
