I had my walk & not long into it I wasn’t feeling the greatest & was thinking I should turn back but I’m so glad I didn’t. It was a fabulous walk.
I don’t know what I did but I’m feeling so much better, I’m not squinting to try & focus & the dizziness isn’t as often. It’s not perfect but I can turn my head easily if I don’t do it too fast. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼I’ve solved my own problem & hopefully it continues. Maybe I’ve just pushed through it - I don’t know, I don’t think it’s quite over 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I’ll take it & if it happens again, I’ll go for a walk 🚶🏼‍♀️😃.
The low river is really exposing a few things, it’s down by a good metre or two in some spots. I even walked into the bush at one stage as I’d seen a mob of kangaroos 🦘, but backed out when I came across a homeless camp.
