I suspect that ethical and responsible #AI, #AIGovernance #MaturityModel proponents do not have well-developed responses when negotiating in real-time with commercial leaders who are accountable for revenue.
Because the revenue-accountable tribe usually has no working frame of reference for #ethical or #responsible revenue streams.

That started @czds and I on the path of using #RFID and data from #mobile #barcode readers in various industrial #SupplyChain and #Logistics #EDW and #BI projects our company were doing. We matured with #InternetOfThings and focused on #IoT and “smart” everything projects. This led to our IoT #MaturityModel of connection, communication, contextualization, collaboration, causation, conceptualization and cognition, which evolved from 2013 origins until today with #SensAE #IoTday #IoTday2024 11/16

Who knows? Maybe people pushing for #PredictiveModels & other top-down approaches to #LearningAnalytics will finally treat #learners as agents of their own fate?
One can only hope.
