For my breakfast II had 2 egg and beans, gently simmered in virgins ... eh ... virgin olive oil (oh Popeye!)
The eggs were #organic, #free-range, probably mostly vegan corn fed. So I am not a good vegan - eating chicken foetuses. 😮 I have no excuse but ... YUM! :firefish_love_happy:

#Moonbeams sees Chuck Israels join the trio following the tragic death of Scott LaFaro & the vibe here is perhaps more laid back as a result. #ItMightWellBeSpring is my favourite of the album - & as lovely as can be.
