There us an #Arabic saying "People don't know value if two till they lose them. One being health and the other #security". I think it's from the Prophet #Muhammad? It does not matter much who has said that. But two implications come here:
If you are pro #Israel, pro #Biden or pro #Trump, try imagining how people of #Palestine live under that chaos. Imagine losing one of your beloved ones. And imagine every second you are breathing, you don't know what'll happen to you the next minute.
Regarding #health, reconsider judging people with #chronicillness about what they can do and what they should do. Think twice before giving an advice or tip to them.
In both cases, try to not judge people when you are not in their shoes. Misjudge here us far easier than a just judge.
