We are thankful that over 19 organizations are already part of NFDI4Energy within the NFDI association (KgS), working together towards the shared goal of strengthening FAIR research data and software management practices in the interdisciplinary energy research - and our community continues to grow!
A short survey on software development in the energy systems domain is underway! It aims to map tools, languages & practices used in our field.

NFDI4Energy joined the SciCAR Conference in Dortmund, where researchers and data journalists met to learn from each other and start joint projects. @floko & Timo Beyer @RL_Institut presented the Core Energy Market Data Register (MaStR) as a key source for real-time energy transition analyses. Mirko Schäfer & Christina Speck led a workshop on open energy data, formats, and benefits for science & journalism.
