Delhi News: दिल्ली में पुराने वाहन के मालिकों के लिए बड़ी खबर है। 1 जुलाई 2025 से 10 साल पुराने पेट्रोल और 15 साल पुराने डीजल वाहनों को ईंधन देने पर रोक लगेगी। दिल्ली के वायु गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन आयोग ने प्रदूषण नियंत्रण के लिए यह सख्त कदम उठाया है। सभी फ्यूल स्टेशनों पर स्वचालित सिस्टम वाहनों की पहचान करेगा। नियम तोड़ने पर भारी जुर्माना और वाहन जब्ती की कार्रवाई होगी।

पुराने वाहनों की पहचान कैसे होगी?

दिल्ली के 520 फ्यूल स्टेशनों पर पुराने वाहन की पहचान के लिए एएनपीआर कैमरे लगाए गए हैं। ये कैमरे वाहन की नंबर प्लेट स्कैन कर डेटाबेस से मिलान करेंगे। यदि वाहन एंड-ऑफ-लाइफ व्हीकल की श्रेणी में आता है या उसका प्रदूषण प्रमाणपत्र अमान्य है, तो सिस्टम अलर्ट जारी करेगा। ऑपरेटर को तुरंत ईंधन देने से मना करना होगा। यह सिस्टम वास्तविक समय में काम करेगा।

नियम तोड़ने की सजा क्या होगी?

पुराने वाहन पकड़े जाने पर सख्त कार्रवाई होगी। चार पहिया वाहनों पर 10,000 रुपये और दोपहिया वाहनों पर 5,000 रुपये का जुर्माना लगेगा। दूसरी बार पकड़े गए वाहनों को स्क्रैपिंग सुविधा में भेजा जाएगा। मालिक तीन सप्ताह में रिहाई के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। अधिकारियों को सात दिनों में फैसला लेना होगा। नियम तोड़ने वालों पर नजर रखने के लिए प्रवर्तन टीमें तैनात रहेंगी।

एनसीआर में कब लागू होंगे नियम?

दिल्ली में यह नियम 1 जुलाई 2025 से लागू होगा। इसके बाद 31 अक्टूबर 2025 से गुरुग्राम, फरीदाबाद, गाजियाबाद, गौतम बुद्ध नगर और सोनीपत में नियम लागू होंगे। 1 अप्रैल 2026 से एनसीआर के बाकी हिस्सों में यह व्यवस्था शुरू होगी। यह कदम राष्ट्रीय हरित न्यायाधिकरण के 2015 के आदेश और सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के 2018 के फैसले पर आधारित है।

स्क्रैपिंग और एनओसी की व्यवस्था

पुराने वाहन को स्क्रैप करने के लिए दिल्ली-एनसीआर में रजिस्टर्ड वाहन स्क्रैपिंग सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हैं। मालिक चाहें तो वाहन को दिल्ली से बाहर ट्रांसफर करने के लिए अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र ले सकते हैं। प्रवर्तन टीमें फ्यूल स्टेशनों पर निगरानी करेंगी और नियम तोड़ने वालों पर तुरंत कार्रवाई करेंगी। यह कदम दिल्ली की हवा को साफ रखने के लिए जरूरी है।
