Had to use a #fire extinguisher for real today, for the first time ever, on a #BBQ grease fire.
I knew exactly where the extinguisher was and that it was up to date and would work. I dealt with the fire quickly and calmly, and our guests got some excitement and laughs.
It could have been much worse. The temp was over 900 degrees C and could have lit the surroundings any minute.
Maintaining an extinguisher is one of the best #preps you can do. #prepping
