A #RaspberryPi (https://www.adafruit.com/category/105) in #OaklandCalifornia receives radio signals from a #noaa #satellite (NOAA-15, -18, and -19) on a quadrifilar helicoidal antenna (#QFH, http://jcoppens.com/ant/qfh/index.en.php) with an RTL-SDR USB dongle (#sdr, https://www.rtl-sdr.com/rtl-sdr-tutorial-receiving-noaa-weather-satellite-images/). Radio signals (audio) are converted to #satelliteimagery using WXtoImg (https://wxtoimgrestored.xyz/) and tooted using "toot" (https://github.com/ihabunek/toot).
