A beautiful evening for a run after the thunderstorms and two tornado warnings ended. Everything is finally fresh and green after a pretty dry spring. Felt good to #GetOutside after the two trips to the basement! Hoping everyone is safe today.

Spring running! I am in heaven! Tho not shorts yet, it was only 19C!!!!

Glorious trail run with intervals! I have been programming my training plan into my watch and it is so much easier than the last time I did this plan! The snow is gone now except for tree covered areas where there's still deep ice and snow on the trails. A lot of the damage from the ice storm has been cleaned up and is stacked neatly on the side of the paths. Absolutely beautiful day. So many juncos, I saw my friend the great egret for the second time this week, and all of the red winged blackbirds were hanging out! I'm so happy it's warmer!

Yoga practice 800/1000 (eight hundred practices!) Yin, hatha, and a meditation to celebrate! So grateful to be able to experience the shifts and changes that come with daily practice. I'm really enjoying this journey.

Very early spring and the grasses are still trampled down by the weight of recently melted snow. A bright and sunny day.

I am counting on tulips in about seven weeks and I'm holding onto that hope for dear life!
