@MarkHoltom In #Harderwijk (Netherlands), there is a marine life live museum, with a café downstairs seperated by a glass wall from the pool of the sea cows (at least back in 2006 when I visited). It's been very obvious that the humans where the watched, and the sea cows where the visitors.
