Updated my personal site with some #SlashPages and other stuff 🌈

New:
- /contact page: an excerpt of the about section I reuse on the home page and under articles just for sharing contact info. Bonus: the bm.gy/card permashortlink leads there and also adds a vCard link :)
- /qr page: shows a QR code pointing to my short domain — may come handy in a pinch :)
- /itches page: random improvements I might make to my site at some point
- A bunch of style and markup improvements
