In the meantime, here is a photo of my frosty garden, with treeferns hiding out by the beech hedge and looking good and not frosted at all thankfully! Fingers crossed, as just stuffed leaves arouns their crowns for protection, as they're quite big 😬.

Never really got the New Zealand/Aotearoa obsession of some of my friends and I do wonder why. All I want after reading this book is going there and marvel at the #Ferns. Twenty meter high #mamaku?? (#Treeferns) Forests covered in moss and tiny edible fern fronds? Need to read more about it because I don't see myself flying this far anytime soon.
But I'll dream of #panako and #ponga...
