What is important about Virginia?

Arguably VA may be the hardest hit state by the Trump regime. They were already struggling under their "compassionate conservative" republican governor, whose election proved that the state is no smarter than any other in the US when it comes to voting for their self-interest. There are a number of counties that voted for Republicans in 2023 but went for Harris in 2024. Those are widely expected to flip. The question is how many seats the Democrats pickup as a gauge for dissatisfaction with the Republican policies and party.
