Mandatory minimum share allocations for all employment contracts would be a great way to help address spiralling #WealthInequality, avoid the pitfalls of #Automation and create a healthier fairer economy with a lot less #BullShitJobs. Its backdoor #WorkerOwnership that slowly converts private companies into #Cooperatives.
Combine it with a #UBI and a proper #WealthTax and maybe we’ll get somewhere.
