So, any fellow disabled people with Long Covid who have tried creatine monohydrate to treat their autoimmune inflammation? Apparently it could help with it, brainfog, sleep deprevation, and recovery.

I have other disabilities too, and just started it in non-athlete level dosage (5gx2/per day) and am keeping track if it helps.

Since it is only day 4 now, I can't say whether the benefits are real and stable for me.

Just looking for experiences.
